STAFF, BOARD of TRUSTEES, and
ADVISORY COUNCIL
Hilton Pond Center for Piedmont Natural History is chartered with the State of South Carolina and the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) non-profit education and research facility based in York. It is administered by a national Board of Trustees who oversee its fiduciary operation and its programs. The trustees have appointed Bill Hilton Jr. as executive director of the Center, with plans to expand the staff as programming and funding increase, especially with regard to implementation of Operation RubyThroat.
